Focuses on the application of theory to practice in and around HBCUs to resolve criminal justice issues on a local, state and national level. We will focus on our hubs of Atlanta, Georgia ; Durham, NC; Houston, Texas,; Jackson, Mississippi, and Washington, D.C. . Dr. Penn (Executive Director currently serves as chairperson).
